HR Manager

Country Arts SA is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our Leadership team, based in Adelaide.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible at a high level for a range of people, culture and human resource matters. The HR Manager is a strategic partner working closely with the Chief Executive and Leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.

If you’re passionate about the arts, are highly organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment this opportunity may be perfect for you. We are looking for someone who has significant experience working within the South Australian Government Employment Framework and who wants to make a difference to the impact we have in regional South Australia.

This full-time role is being offered as a 2-year fixed-term position, offered at ASO8 plus super.
