Email Marketing
Each venue distributes a bi-monthly e-news to subscribers and sends show-specific e-flyers to target audiences.
Costs
$250 per e-news per venue
$350 per targeted performance email per venue

Social Media
Each venue has Facebook and Instagram accounts and can support your show with posts across both channels. We do ask that you provide some copy for posts and a range of images and video so we have content to support marketing your performance. If content is supplied, we are happy to schedule posts across our channels.
Please make a Facebook event and invite each venue to co-host so our followers can see your upcoming event on our page and we can share the event.
We also offer paid Facebook and Instagram advertising packages, all costs are per venue:
Bronze: $200
Advertising to begin 2 weeks out from the show. 1 Facebook & Instagram Campaign (Ad sets), inclusive of 2 ad variations Campaign Report is available on request. Excludes media spend (budget allocated to the running of the ads). Suggested spend is at least $60. A spend less than the suggested amount could result in the ads not running for as long as two weeks due to Facebook restrictions.
Silver: $300 Advertising to begin 3 weeks out from the show 2 Facebook & Instagram Campaigns (Ad sets), inclusive of 4 ad variations Campaign Report is available on request. Excludes media spend (budget allocated to the running of the ads) . Suggested spend at least $120. A spend less than the suggested amount could result in the ads not running for as long as two weeks due to Facebook restrictions.
Gold: $400 Advertising to begin 4 weeks out from the show 3 Facebook & Instagram Campaigns (Ad sets), inclusive of 6 ad variations Campaign Report is available on request. Excludes media spend (budget allocated to the running of the ads) . Suggested spend at least $240. A spend less than the suggested amount could result in the ads not running for as long as two weeks due to Facebook restrictions

Cinema Advertising
The Middleback Arts Centre, Northern Festival Centre and Chaffey Theatre offer paid cinema advertising to promote your performance at film screenings. Click the relevant venue name to view their packages and indicate below what venues you would like to book cinema advertising for.
If you select the Motion package, please be aware that you need supply the trailer with end frames that include date, time and venue.
