The East of the Ranges Festival is one of ten regional festivals and is supported by the South Australian Public (Primary) Schools’ Music Society Inc. and the Department for Education. It has students from nine schools participating from across the mid north. Assisting Artists drawn from schools in the region showcase their talents and add variety to the evening.
Those who participate in music education have their lives enriched and benefit in so many ways. The annual East of the Ranges Choir is a celebration of the success of the excellent music education programs in our schools.
We have nine schools participating in 2022 ……………. Burra Community, Central Yorke, Crafers Primary, Jamestown Community, Kadina Memorial, Melrose Primary, Moonta Area, Orroroo Area and Wilmington Primary. A big welcome to the schools outside our region, who have joined us.
