Hope Town welcomes you to the home of Frondlandia, where art comes alive.

One’s trash is a Hope Town treasure! I love to make life more colourful, so I travelled Australia painting murals across the country as I went.  I can transform food, clothes or even rubbish into art.  Rescuing unwanted items destined for the tip, a lot of what I use is recycled, repurposed or found around the home or garden waiting for it’s time to shine.  I mostly use acrylic paint but have also used food colouring, icing and even dirt!

My favourite catchphrase is “I could paint that for you”.  My wish for my art is to create a lightness, to make you feel happiness and to encourage smiles.  I believe in ‘giving it a go’ even if you think you don’t have the skills.  No matter what anyone else tells you, if it comes from the heart, it can’t be bad.
