Join Kat Bell for an artist talk and character drawing workshop on 27 November from 3pm to 5pm. 

This 2-hour workshop will include:
– A showcase of Kat’s paintings, with animated Augmented Reality.
– An artist talk about Kat’s creative direction, journey into AR and her process for creating art through new technologies, while continuing to focus on her painting practice. 
– A creative workshop on the basics of character drawing for animation, with participants creating their own quirky creatures or characters. 

The workshop will be limited to 10 people to ensure participants get the most out of their time in this workshop.  To enquire about booking into this workshop please contact the Chaffey Theatre.

Cost: $10 per participant

SCHOOL WORKSHOPS

Join Kat Bell in creating magical mystical creatures. Students will learn the basics of character drawing for 2D animation, as they draw their own mystical creatures. They will also view a brief demonstration of Augmented Reality and see how their 2D creature could be made into animations for Augmented Reality.  To get the most out of the session, student numbers will be limited to 12 students per workshop.  These workshops are on offer to Riverland schools only.

27 November: 10.30am, 11.30am
