Entries are now open for the Port Augusta Cultural Centre – Yarta Purtli’s biennial Arid Sculptural Exhibition which will take place 13 September – 18 October at the Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden, Port Augusta.
With the magnificent backdrop of the Flinders Ranges, the Arid Sculptural Exhibition is open to artists from all over Australia and is part of the biennial Arid Festival.
This five week festival celebrates art and the environment with more than 20 exhibitions, workshops and events. The theme for the festival and sculptural exhibition is: Life on the Edge.
Artists participating in the exhibition will be in the running for these great prizes:
1st Prize – $2,500
2nd Prize – $1,000
People’s Choice Prize – $500
