The Saltwater SurfArt Film Fest will run from Friday 9 to Sunday 11, May 2014 on the South Coast at the Historical Port Elliot Institute as a part of the inaugural Saltwater SurfArtFest and will present an eclectic and touching array of the best surf short and feature films and ocean environment documentaries from Australia and across the Tasman, including the SA premiere of the inspirational adventure Last Paradise with a Q&A by Kiwi Director, Extreme Adventurer and Scientist, Clive Neeson.

This year’s program will also feature a free to the public Meet the Directors Session with 3 heavy weights of the surf film world Taylor Steele, Clive Neeson and Andrew Kidman hosted by Garage Entertainment’s Michael Lawrence, the SAltwater Hero Project and a Mothers Day Movie and Afternoon Tea Matinee fundraiser for the White Tag Foundation in conjunction with Retro Vibe Cafe….and in a finale of fabulous vision and music Andrew Kidman performs live prior to his homage to the cult classic Morning of the Earth with his film Spirit of Akasha.
The grand old hall will also feature a an exhibition of local SA surf photographers including Alice Bell, Luke Greaves, Mister Mysto and others.
